Oscar and Francisca Chacón are third-generation coffee producers. They are pioneers of Honey and Natural processed specialty coffee in Costa Rica. Their experimental approach led to unique flavor profiles. Today, they produce a wide range of Honey-processed coffees with varying drying times.
