A rich and sweet profile with notes of jam-like peaches, mango, and caramelization accents. It has a vibrant, slightly “boozy” acidity, complemented by candy-like sweetness.
Manos Juntas Micromill is located in the Sotara area of the Cauca region. Naturally processed coffees are fermented in tanks for five days before being transferred to solar dryers. Drying takes between 30 and 45 days.
