The cup features fresh notes of cranberries and tangerines with a pleasant fruity acidity. It is complemented by cocoa and delicate acacia honey sweetness, resulting in a clean and balanced coffee.
Don Lisandro owns a 5-hectare farm, 4.5 hectares planted with coffee. Only fully ripe cherries are harvested, depulped, sorted, fermented for 18–26 hours, washed, and dried for 12–20 days.
